FAQ
What do I need to run it?
Windows 10 or 11. Nothing extra to install: it runs on the .NET Framework that ships with Windows.
Is it really free?
Yes, completely free and without limits. Financial support is optional, in any amount.
Which apps does it work in?
Any app with a text field that supports select-all, copy and paste: browsers, Word and Office, Adobe apps (Photoshop and Premiere), chats and more.
What exactly does it convert?
The line the caret is in. If you select text (characters or words) first, it converts only your selection. The caret ends at the end of whatever was converted.
How does it know which language to flip to?
From the text itself and the keyboard layouts you have installed. It converts to the next layout of a different language, any language, not only Arabic and English.
Does it upload my text or spy on me?
No. It works fully offline and never sends or stores any text. It reads the field only at the moment you press Alt+X, to flip it.
Why does SmartScreen warn me?
The tool is self-signed, not signed with a paid certificate. The signature still prevents tampering. Click "More info", then "Run anyway".
Why does it ask for admin rights?
So it can work inside every app, even those opened as administrator. Without them, Alt+X may not work in some apps.
How do I remove it?
Run Fliplett.exe again and choose "Uninstall" in the window that appears, or remove it from Settings > Apps or Control Panel > Programs. The tool and its startup task are removed completely.

Who made this tool
Mohammad Alrousan (QMHA), video editor, cinematographer and motion designer. I built Fliplett because I kept retyping words that came out in the wrong language, dozens of times a day. One shortcut fixes it.
