1. Data controller
Mohammad Alrousan (QMHA) is responsible for the data described here. Contact: Instagram filmohmd.
2. What we collect
- When you buy: your e-mail (to send the code and confirm the purchase), the PayPal e-mail PayPal returns, the purchase date and the payment reference. We never see or store your card details.
- When you try or activate: an encrypted device identifier that does not reveal your computer name (a one-way hash of the system identifier), the activation code with its start and end dates, and the result of checking it. We use it to stop the trial from repeating and to tie a code to one device.
- When the script opens, every half hour, and when you press Resize: it sends the activation code (if any) and the device hash to verify the licence, and fetches the engine only when you resize. Your IP address may appear in server logs.
- Technical logs kept by the hosting service for security and operation (such as IP address, browser type and request time).
3. What we do not collect
Analysing and rebuilding the design happens on your computer. We do not upload your projects, footage, images or file names to our servers. We use no tracking cookies and no advertising tools on this website.
4. Why we use the data
To deliver the code and activate and verify the licence, to prevent misuse and repeated trials, to answer your questions, and to meet legal and accounting requirements.
5. Who we work with
- PayPal to process payment by card or account; your data with them is governed by their policy.
- Google (Firebase and Gmail) to host the website, run the licence service, store purchase and activation data and e-mail you the code.
- Instagram if you choose to buy or contact us through it; your conversation there is governed by Instagram's policy.
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
6. Retention
We keep purchase and activation data for the life of the licence and a reasonable time after it for accounting, support and checking the free trial, then delete it or make it anonymous when it is no longer needed.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by contacting us. We may keep what we need by law or to prevent misuse (such as a record that the free trial was used on a device).
8. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and trusted hosting services, and the engine is digitally signed and its signature is checked by the script before it runs. No system is completely secure, so please keep your code private.
9. Children
The script is aimed at professionals and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the version published here applies from the date it is published.
Adobe and After Effects are trademarks of Adobe; the script is independent and not affiliated with them.
