Privacy Policy

1. Data controller
Mohammad Al-Rousan (QMHA) is responsible for the data described here. Contact: Instagram filmohmd.
2. What we collect
- When you buy: your email (to send the code and confirm the purchase), the plan bought and its date, and the PayPal payment reference. We never see or store your card details.
- When you start a trial or activate: a hashed device identifier that does not reveal your computer's name (a one-way hash of a system identifier), the activation code and its start/end dates, and the result of validating it. We use it to prevent repeated trials and to tie a code to one device.
- When the Plugin checks for updates: the Plugin version and the update request; your IP address may appear in server logs.
- When you download the Plugin: a one-way hash of your IP address, used only to count how many different visitors downloaded it. The address itself is not stored.
- Technical logs kept by the hosting provider for security and operation (such as IP address, browser type and request time).
- Anonymous usage statistics (sent automatically in the background every hour while you work, with your agreement asked once at first run): the names of the tools you ran, how many times and with what result (done/failed/stopped), the number of clips and total seconds of video processed, how often some features are used (double-click, undo, stop, ripple off), short error codes, the Plugin and Premiere version numbers, the operating-system version, processor count and approximate memory, the language, and a random 32-character id created on your computer when you agree, not linked to your name, email, licence or computer. The server stores only a hash of that id, and no IP address is stored with these statistics.
3. What we do not collect
Video and audio processing (shake and speech detection, noise removal, shot classification) happens on your computer. We do not upload your footage, projects, file names or paths to our servers, and the anonymous statistics contain none of them. This website uses no tracking cookies and no advertising tools.
4. Why we use the data
To deliver the code, activate and validate the licence, prevent misuse, send updates, answer your questions, and meet legal and accounting requirements. The anonymous statistics are used only to improve the tools, fix errors and see what is used most and what fails.
5. Who we work with
- PayPal to process card payments; your data there is covered by their policy.
- Google (Firebase) to host the website, run the licence services and store purchase and activation data.
- An email delivery service to send the code to your email.
- Download sites for helper components during installation (such as the video tool and models); they may see your IP address when you download.
- Instagram if you choose to buy or contact us there; that conversation is covered by Instagram's policy.
We do not sell your data or share it for advertising.
6. Retention
We keep purchase and activation data for the life of the licence and a reasonable time afterwards for accounting, support and free-trial verification, then delete or anonymise it when no longer needed. Anonymous statistics are kept as daily aggregates for at most 24 months.
7. Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data by contacting us. We may keep what we need by law or to prevent misuse (such as a record that the free trial was used on a device). You can stop the collection by uninstalling the Plugin, or contact us to delete what belongs to your computer if you can give us your id. Because the id is not linked to you, we cannot pick out your data without it, but it does not identify you.
8. Security
We use encrypted connections (HTTPS) and reputable hosting, but no system is perfectly secure; please keep your code private.
9. Children
The Plugin is aimed at professionals and we do not knowingly collect data from children.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the version published here applies from its publication date.
Adobe and Premiere are trademarks of Adobe; the plugin is independent and is not affiliated with Adobe.
